Regal is using MAR10 Day to kick off ticket sales for some of the earliest screenings of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, giving fans a chance to see the sequel as soon as it opens on April 1. The company announced that more than 250 Regal locations will host showtimes starting at 12:01 a.m. on release day, including premium formats where available, and that eight locations will run Super Mario Galaxy showings around the clock for 24 hours.
“Following the breakout success of 2023’s The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Regal is excited to announce tickets-on-sale for its highly anticipated sequel The Super Mario Galaxy Movie,” said Brooks LeBoeuf, Senior Vice President of US Content at Regal. “MAR10 Day 2026 also marks the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros., and Regal will celebrate this milestone with lots of movie-themed merch, concessions, and promotions available to guests of our theatres.”
The chain is pairing the early showtimes with a slate of themed merchandise and limited-time concession items. Collectible containers tied to The Super Mario Galaxy Movie include the Yoshi Popcorn Bucket, the Luma Popcorn Container and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Collectible Combo, all positioned as keepsake items for fans who want to bring home part of the experience.
Concession stands will feature special snacks and drinks tied to the film. Among the offerings are Dippin’ Dots Galaxy Pop Ice Cream, ICEE Peach Freeze and ICEE Star Power Cherry. Regal is also introducing three exclusive MrBeast Feastables items for the promotion: the Galaxy Cocoa Crunch chocolate bar, Sour Boosts gummy candy and White Chocolate Peanut Butter Yoshi Eggs treats.

Members of Regal’s loyalty programs can add extra bonuses to their MAR10 Day plans. Regal Crown Club and Unlimited members who buy advance tickets on March 10 will receive 1,000 bonus credits in their accounts. Guests who purchase a can of bubly at concession stands will get a Super Mario Galaxy koozie, while supplies last, to keep their flavored sparkling water cold during the movie. In addition, Regal Crown Club and Unlimited members who pair a bubly with any size popcorn will be automatically entered in the Regal x bubly Sweepstakes for a chance to win a Kennedy Space Center getaway, with official rules and entry methods provided online.
Advance tickets for the April 1 release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie are available through multiple channels, including box offices and kiosks at Regal theatres, the company’s mobile app and its website. Regal also notes that subscribers to Regal Unlimited can use their membership to secure seats for Super Mario Galaxy showtimes while taking advantage of the program’s “see as many movies as you want” model.
